Afghan Translation Service has signed three strategic service contracts with new European customers. The contracts are in the areas of health care, heavy engineering and finance with a scope to provide multilingual solutions for training, advertising, operations and general communications. It is estimated that these contracts will run through 2009 and 2010.

This new initiative will allow Afghan Translation Service to expand its operations in Europe and establish a local presence in Western Europe to support new and existing customers. Such large volume, multi-year contracts are not new for the firm as it has supported multiple clients in multiple domains over the cours of the past decade. With a strong team of language professionals, a strong management and a fresh approach to providing a superior customer service.

Existing customers of Afghan Translation Service include governments, enterprises - both large and small, non-governmental organizations, the United Nations, hundreds of LSPs, academia and research institutions, health care facilities, military establishments and individuals.
