Once we have become accustomed to your requirements and learnt about your processes, we will offer a consistent pricing to meet your budget.
Our company is ISO-17100:2015 certified. This means our processes are certified and comply with the requirements of the standard. However, it does not mean that we provide certified translation. Depending on your location and jurisdiction of use for the translation we may or may not have a certified translator who has undergone training and certification by an accrediting institution such as American Translators Association. We provide you a quote for the document you sent us. If, however, your document changes after it has been reviewed, the original quote will no longer be valid and we will need to issue a new quote. If your document has already been translated, we will need to translate the updated document again, or alternatively you could just share any updated parts of the document to be translated.
We typically charge a minimum fee for small requests received over an extended period of time. For example, if you send us 150 words every 2 weeks, we will charge a minimum fee equivalent to a certain number of words. This helps us cover our costs for mobilizing our Dari and Pashto translation resources on-demand. However, if you have frequent small requests such as 150 words several times per day, we will be able to bundle such requests together and provide a combined invoice at the end of the day, avoiding a charge for a minimum fee.
